Manchester District Library Brings Bugs and Reptiles to Summer Reading
On Friday, July 11 at 4pm in the Village Room at the聽,聽as part of the Summer Reading Program, the聽聽(GLZS), brought聽live animals for an interactive program focusing on animal behavior and conservation. The GLZS is an indoor zoo located in Ann Arbor that features reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. They have offered interpretive educational programs at their location for years but have just recently branched out into offering 鈥淶oo-to-You鈥 programs. The librarians were excited to note that this visit to Manchester library will actually be GLZS first off-site animal education program!聽
